Excellent work, very professional and great communication between the office, electrician and me. Edgar diagnosed a faulty wiring problem while replacing all of my 10-year old smoke detectors, explaining why that one detector needed frequent battery changes. After the first electrician I hired for my ADU turned into a nightmare, a good friend recommended Edgar, the owner of Coastal Power Electric Inc., and I’m glad he did. From day one, Edgar took charge and made the entire process stress free. He worked directly with PG&E, handled everything they needed, and kept me updated every step of the way. He also found several mistakes the previous electrician had missed and fixed them the right way. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about doing quality work, but Edgar is exactly that. I highly recommend Coastal Power Electric Inc. Edgar and his team did an outstanding job upgrading the electrical service at my warehouse. They removed the old, outdated 100-amp panel and installed a new 200-amp panel, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The communication throughout the project was excellent.
